Why this exists
Chasing balances scared me too.
I'm Lee, a brand and packaging designer. The hardest part of freelancing for me was never revisions; it was chasing the final payment and finding new ways to say "just a reminder".
I built this for myself first: contracts, invoices, signing and reminders in one place. Now it's open to other designers. It doesn't do much, but everything it does, I use every day.

Questions
Does my client need an account?
No. They get a link and an access code and open it in any browser to read, sign and see payment details.
Is the online signature legally binding?
We record the signer's name, hand-drawn signature, time, IP address and a fingerprint of the agreement, which is good evidence both sides agreed. It is not a certified e-signature, and its legal weight depends on your situation and jurisdiction. For large projects, consider a dedicated e-signature service too. We're not lawyers and this isn't legal advice.
Do payments go through you?
No. Clients pay you directly using the bank account, PayPal, DuitNow or other details you enter. Leostu never touches your project money.
What does Free leave out?
Up to 3 active orders (in progress or delivered-but-unpaid) at a time, unlimited paid ones; a small line on documents; no agents or API. Everything else is the same.
Can I use it without a company?
Yes. Agreements show the name or studio name you enter. The Pro fee is paid to Leostu and has nothing to do with money between you and your clients.
Is my data safe? Can I export it?
Your data is stored on our servers and separated per account. Client links need an access code and lock after repeated wrong tries. Export all orders as CSV any time. Deleting your account deletes your data.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep Pro until the period ends, then move to Free. Nothing is deleted; you just can't create new orders while more than 3 are active.
