Subscriptions (cards, auto-renewing)

Not for you? Email support@eeoo.dev within 7 days of your first payment with your account email and we'll refund in full.

Renewals aren't refunded pro rata; cancel any time and you won't be charged again.

One-off purchases (Alipay / WeChat Pay)

Refundable in full within 7 days if you haven't really used it. No refunds after 7 days. Alipay refunds must be processed by Stripe within 90 days of payment.

Free trial

The trial is free and needs no card. It ends by moving you back to Free.

How to ask

Email support@eeoo.dev with your account email and payment date. We usually handle it within 3 working days; arrival time depends on your bank or payment method.
