1. The service

Leostu helps designers manage orders, generate agreements and invoices, and let clients view and sign them online.

Leostu is not a party to deals between you and your clients. We don't collect or hold any project payments and aren't responsible for how either side performs the agreement.

2. Your account

Sign up with a working email and keep your password safe. Actions taken in your account are treated as yours.

If you think someone else has access, change your password and contact us.

3. Your content

Orders, terms, payment details and other content you enter belong to you. You allow us to store, process and display it only as needed to run the service (for example, showing an agreement to the client you sent it to).

You confirm your content is accurate and lawful, doesn't infringe anyone's rights and isn't used for fraud.

4. Templates and signing

Default terms are a starting point, not legal advice. Adapt them to your business and local law, and consult a lawyer where needed.

Online signing records the signer's name, drawn signature, time, IP address and a fingerprint of the agreement. It is not a certified electronic signature; its legal effect depends on the circumstances and applicable law.

5. Plans and payment

Free has no time limit. Pro is billed monthly or yearly at the price shown at checkout.

Card subscriptions renew automatically; cancel any time in Settings → Plan and keep Pro until the period ends. Alipay and WeChat Pay purchases are one-off and never renew.

6. Not allowed

Spam, fraud, impersonation, unlawful content, attacking or bypassing limits, or scraping the service. We may suspend or close accounts that do this.

7. Changes and availability

We work to keep the service running but can't promise it never goes down. Features and prices may change; we'll email you in advance about material changes to paid plans.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Leostu is not liable for indirect losses from using or being unable to use the service, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months.
